STYLISA FoundHers is a platform exploring entrepreneurship, leadership, funding, influence and the systems that shape opportunity through the stories, ideas and experiences of women building the future.
I launched STYLISA FoundHers in 2025 after recognising a pattern that had followed me throughout my career. Time and time again, I encountered extraordinary women building successful businesses, leading organisations and driving meaningful change, yet many of their stories were receiving far less attention than they deserved.
Visibility shapes opportunity. It influences who gets seen, whose voices are heard and whose ideas are recognised. I created STYLISA FoundHers because I believe stories have the power to expand what we believe is possible and contribute to a more representative and equitable business landscape.
Today, STYLISA FoundHers is more than an interview series. Through interviews, commentary and thought leadership, it explores the ideas, experiences and systems that shape entrepreneurship, leadership, funding and influence. My hope is that every conversation informs, inspires and encourages people to think more deeply about the future we are building, and who gets to help shape it.
I created FoundHer FundHers to explore women’s relationship with money in all its forms.
While funding and investment are important parts of the conversation, I believe there is a much bigger story to tell. One that includes financial confidence, wealth building, financial literacy, economic empowerment, access to capital and the decisions that shape our financial futures.
Through conversations with founders, investors, financial experts and advocates, I explore the opportunities, challenges and realities that women face when it comes to money.
My aim is to make these conversations more accessible, transparent and relevant, helping women better understand the financial landscape and feel more confident navigating it, whether they are building a business, growing their wealth or simply seeking greater financial security.
This is where it all began.
Through in-depth interviews, I spotlight female founders, entrepreneurs and changemakers from a wide range of sectors, exploring the realities of building, leading and creating impact.
From start-ups to established businesses, these conversations go beyond the highlights reel to uncover the lessons, challenges and decisions that have shaped each woman’s journey.
FoundHers Boardroom explores leadership, influence and decision-making.
Through conversations with women operating at senior levels across business, industry, policy and innovation, I examine how decisions are made, who makes them and the systems that shape the world around us.
These conversations go beyond the idea of simply having a seat at the table. They explore how women influence strategy, shape outcomes and, in some cases, redesign the room altogether.
FoundHers Notes is where I share my own observations, reflections and commentary.
Drawing on the interviews, conversations and themes emerging from the wider STYLISA FoundHers ecosystem, I explore topics such as visibility, leadership, influence, entrepreneurship and social change.
These pieces are my opportunity to connect the dots, identify patterns and ask bigger questions. They are less about providing answers and more about encouraging deeper thinking, challenging assumptions and sparking meaningful conversation.

STYLISA FoundHers is committed to increasing the visibility of underrepresented voices and expanding access to knowledge, networks and opportunities. By showcasing women from a broad range of backgrounds, industries and experiences, the platform contributes to more inclusive conversations around leadership, entrepreneurship and influence.
The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a global framework of 17 goals adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015. They provide a shared blueprint for creating a more equitable, sustainable and prosperous future by 2030. STYLISA FoundHers aligns with the following goals through its work to elevate women’s voices, expand access to knowledge and opportunity, and champion more inclusive leadership.
